Neapoli Absolute Residence is a contemporary design residential building consisting of six 2-bedroom apartments and a 3-bedroom penthouse with roof garden, private swimming pool, bbqarea, a WC, sitting area, pool shower, metal frame pergola, and a wonderful sea view of the Mediterranean.
The building is located in a quiet neighborhood, 200 meters from the beach, near all amenities and luxurious stores. The building has been designed using environmental principles to achieve low running costs and living comfort for its inhabitants. Every apartment has been issued a separate Class A energy performance certificate by the related Ministry/Energy Service of the Government of Cyprus.
