Neapoli Absolute Residence is a contemporary design residential building consisting of six 2-bedroom apartments and a 3-bedroom penthouse with roof garden, private swimming pool, bbqarea, a WC, sitting area, pool shower, metal frame pergola, and a wonderful sea view of the Mediterranean.

The building has been designed using environmental principles to achieve low running costs and living comfort for its inhabitants. Every apartment has been issued a separate Class A energy performance certificate by the related Ministry/Energy Service of the Government of Cyprus.
